瑞銀(UBS)釋出2020年全球房地產泡沫指數報告,許多歐洲城市房價漲幅超過5%以上,例如:慕尼黑、雪梨、法蘭克福等。
UBS (UBS) released the 2020 Global Real Estate Bubble Index report, and many European cities have seen housing prices rise by more than 5%, such as Munich, Sydney, Frankfurt and so on.

大城市房價逐年上漲。今年,封鎖令帶起遠距工作模式和家庭辦公室的風氣與需求。加速人口遷移至幅員廣大的郊區或是二、三線城市。

European multi-city real estate bubble index is high
在全球房地產泡沫化的前七名城市中,即有五個歐洲城市,分別是慕尼黑、法蘭克福、巴黎、阿姆斯特丹和蘇黎世。相較亞洲、美洲城市,最可能房地產泡沫化的城市多在歐洲。
Among the top seven cities in the global real estate bubble, there are five European cities, namely Munich, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam and Zurich. Compared with Asian and American cities, the most likely cities for real estate bubbles are in Europe.
