瑞银(UBS)释出2020年全球房地产泡沫指数报告,许多欧洲城市房价涨幅超过5%以上,例如:慕尼黑、悉尼、法兰克福等。
UBS (UBS) released the 2020 Global Real Estate Bubble Index report, and many European cities have seen housing prices rise by more than 5%, such as Munich, Sydney, Frankfurt and so on.

在全球房地产泡沫化的前七名城市中,即有五个欧洲城市,分别是慕尼黑、法兰克福、巴黎、阿姆斯特丹和苏黎世。相较亚洲、美洲城市,最可能房地产泡沫化的城市多在欧洲。
Among the top seven cities in the global real estate bubble, there are five European cities, namely Munich, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam and Zurich. Compared with Asian and American cities, the most likely cities for real estate bubbles are in Europe.
