Job: Sales for overseas property in Taipei, Shenzhen and Phnom Penh
Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Providing overseas property service
- Providing overseas property investment analysis and consult
- Responsible for sales of overseas property
- Overseas property and land market development
- Sales promotion and delivering company, product and event information to clients

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree above
- Normal in English(including listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Experience in real estate and sales is preferred
- Good at office system, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Job: Engineering and Construction Manager (Phnom Penh)
Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Supervisor
- Good moral integrity
- More than 5 years of experience in construction or architecture industry is required
- Ability to work in paperwork
- Owing related licenses is better, such as grade A electrician or industrial wiring license, grade B labor safety and health administrator license, and so on.
- Responsible for management with team under 4 members
Requirement:
- Specialist qualifications, Bachelor degree, or above
- Normal in English(including listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- On-site management ability is must
- Good at budget and cost control
- Management and coordination between company and contactors
- Construction planning and integration
- Construction status control and improvement advice propose
- Responsible for site qualification and safety management, and proposing improvement advices
- Good at Cambodian is better
